Board approves Senior Center HVAC study, housing plan contract, and Cutter Park amendment.

Warren Selectmen unanimously authorize housing production plan contract. The board voted to let Town Administrator James J. Ferrera sign a $25,000 agreement with Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission to develop a Housing Production Plan through June 2027, funded by a $22,000 state grant and $3,000 in local funds.

The board also approved a $1,300 increase to the GZA GeoEnvironmental contract for Cutter Park design work and accepted a $12,438.81 state firefighter safety equipment grant. Building Commissioner William Cantell briefed the board on enforcement of multi-family and assembly-use inspections, with certified mailings and fines pending for non-response within 30 days.
