The board learned Monday that Animal Inspector Ryan Davis resigned effective March 31, 2025, forcing the town to meet a state deadline of April 1, 2026, to submit nomination papers for one or more inspectors. Administrator Jessica Clarke reported that Vice Chair James McKeon has volunteered to assume the position in the interim.
