Warren Board of Health unanimously appoints 40-year animal welfare veteran as inspector. Deborah Young, current animal control officer for Warren and Brookfield and President of Sweat Pea Animal Shelter in Paxton, received unanimous approval for a one-year term ending April 30, 2027.
