Board of Health appoints Title V agent, adds bar food permit to fee schedule

Warren Board of Health unanimously appoints first bar food permit category. The board voted to add the eighty-dollar Bar Food Permit to the town fee schedule, requiring Allergen Awareness Certification and a full menu; establishments with 25 or more seats must also submit Anti-choking Certification. In separate action, the board unanimously appointed Andrew Pelletier, a retired public health professional with 26 years of experience, as Title V agent through Milltown Public Health Shared Services on a one-year renewable term.
The board also unanimously approved Disposal Works Installers Permits for Chris Paine of Paine Construction and Jeff D. Helgerson of Jeff D Helgerson Excavating Inc.
