WARREN — Board of Health discusses landfill debris site and tobacco permit violation. Highway Surveyor Jeremy Olson requested permission to develop a bio-debris processing area at the landfill rear; Chair Daniel Thibodeau asked Olson to consult with planning, zoning, and conservation before proceeding. The board voted unanimously to appoint Travis Baker as point of contact for the upcoming transfer station contract.
