Only one of 10 Warren home sales discloses a price in latest deed filings
Ten property transfers were recorded in Warren between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $654,900, for a property sold Aug. 14 by Richard J. and Darleen M. Czaporowski to Joseph D. and Danielle C. Balistreri. The same buyers appear as sellers on a Bragg Road property recorded the same day, though that sale's price was not disclosed. The remaining eight transactions, on streets including Jones, Reed, Brook, Brimfield, Cronin, Bemis, North and Burbank, all recorded without consideration amounts. With price data available for just one of 10 sales, the underlying dataset does not support a broader read on Warren's price trends or market tone this period.
