Only one of nine August property transfers in Warren discloses a sale price
Nine properties changed hands in Warren between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds filings, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $233,600, which stands as both the period's only known figure and its median. Three of the nine transactions involved Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., a pattern consistent with mortgage assignments or refinancing rather than straightforward sales, and one transfer moved a Jones Street property into a family trust rather than to a new owner. With sale prices largely unreported in this period, the available data offers no basis to characterize the month's market as strong, weak or balanced.
