WARREN — Planning Board approves corrected Brimfield Road plans and schedules Cemetery Road hearing. Chair Derick R. Veliz motioned unanimously to waive the Approval Not Required fee for James Fountain's corrected site plans on Brimfield Road, Parcel #30-0-2.3, and the Board endorsed the revised ANR without objection.
The Board scheduled a public hearing for Site Plan Review No. 73 for Paquette Bros. Contracting LLC on Cemetery Road for May 11, 2026 at 7:00 PM. The Board also unanimously approved a $740.19 payroll submission for the Planning Board Administrative Assistant and reminded members to review the Floodplain District Zoning Bylaw amendment ahead of an April 27 public hearing.
