The board unanimously authorized three pay periods totaling $2,108.43 for Planning Board Administrative Assistant Laura Sherris (11/30/2025–1/10/2026). An informal discussion with property owners James Fountain and Igor Bashkinov regarding a potential rear lot Special Permit on Crouch Road resulted in no formal action; the owners indicated they will pursue a Special Permit application if deed research supports it under town Zoning Bylaws.
