WARREN — Planning Board endorses lot creation, approves Maple Lane permit. The Board voted unanimously to endorse an Approval Not Required filing by Jim Fountain for Parcel #30-0-2.3 on Brimfield Road to create a new buildable lot. Vice-Chair Derick R.
Veliz, Drue King, and Karyn Wood voted four to zero (with one abstention) to approve Special Permit #316 for Maple Lane Development Corp. at Rivers Bend Road with Planning Board conditions. The Board also agreed to advance a Floodplain Zoning Bylaw amendment, recommended by Nadia Madden of the Massachusetts Department of Conservation & Recreation, to Annual Town Meeting for voter consideration.
