Selectmen Approve Common Victualler License and Accept $155,737 Grant

Warren Board of Selectmen unanimously approves restaurant license and energy grant. The board granted a Common Victualler License to Arista Restaurant at 2162 Main Street and accepted a Department of Energy Resources Green Communities grant of $155,737 with no local match required, authorizing Town Administrator James Ferrera to manage the award. Clerk David Dufresne motioned on all nine recorded votes, all carried unanimously.

The board approved the fiscal year 2027 MIIA employee medical insurance renewal at a 7.75 percent rate increase, a voluntary Boston Mutual group life insurance plan with eight thousand dollar coverage limits, and contracts for community development planning and street improvements. Fire Chief Adam Lavoie reported 60 fire department calls in February including three structure fires, and Emergency Management Director James McKeon reported winter storm response during two major weather events.
