Ten deeds recorded in Warren in July, but sale prices go undisclosed in all but one
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 property transfers in Warren between July 24 and Aug. 22. Only one disclosed a sale price: $1,612, tied to a parcel with no listed street address, sold by Lenora Merritt and Lenora A. Merritt to Cavalry SPV I LLC, a debt-collection entity. The other nine transfers, spanning East Road (three transfers), Forest Avenue, North Street, Coy Hill Road, Brimfield Road, Cronin Road and Burbank Street, listed no sale price. Three transfers involved Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as grantor. With price data available for just one of 10 transactions, the recorded deed count is the only reliable indicator of activity this period.
