Ferrera Elected Capital Planning Committee Chair
Warren's Capital Planning Committee elected James J. Ferrera as chair and began sorting fiscal 2027 capital requests. Outgoing chair Richard J. Eichacker nominated Ferrera, and Town Treasurer Dawn Swistak seconded; the vote was unanimous among the three members present, with Daniel Thibodeau absent.
