Nine Warren Deeds Recorded in July, Only One Sale Price Recorded
Nine property deeds were recorded in Warren from July 17 to July 23, but only one had a sale price recorded: $200,099 for 47 North St., sold to Guild Mortgage Co. LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. The other eight transfers, spanning Bridge, School, Cronin, Nelson, Maple, Manning and Brimfield roads, carried no listed consideration. At least six of the nine deeds involved mortgage-related entities such as MERS, Rocket Mortgage or New Alliance Bank as a named party, suggesting a mix of mortgage assignments and foreclosure-related recordings alongside one estate transfer on Cronin Road. With pricing data this sparse, no meaningful read on market direction is possible this period.
