Warren Records Twelve Property Transfers, but Pricing Data Still Mostly Pending
Warren recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but sale price data has posted for only one so far: 65 Summer St., which sold for $24,218 on Sept. 2 from Randy Smith to Urban Development. Because prices typically take about a week to reach the registry, the current price range and median of $24,218 reflect just that single transaction and are likely to shift as more data posts. The 12 transfers were spread across 11 different streets with no geographic concentration, and several involved mortgage lenders, a realty trust and a condominium association rather than conventional home sales.
