Nine Warren Property Sales Recorded, Just Two Show Price So Far
Warren recorded nine property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data, though sale prices have posted for only two so far. The highest was a $375,200 sale that closed Aug. 26; the lowest was a $187,000 sale at 72 Pleasant St. on Aug. 21, putting the reported median at $281,100. Prices for the remaining seven transfers were not yet available, which is common given the registry's typical one-week data lag rather than any sign the price was withheld. Four of the nine deeds involved Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as grantor or grantee, pointing to lender-related recordings.
