WARREN -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Warren during the four-week period ending July 25, but sale prices were disclosed in only two of those deeds, limiting what can be said about overall market pricing this period.

MARKET OVERVIEW Nine sales were recorded in Warren from June 26 through July 25. Of those, two included a disclosed consideration amount, ranging from $85,000 to $112,230, with a median of $98,615. The remaining seven transfers did not include a disclosed sale price in the registry data.
